Case Synopsis: Defendants and co-conspirators allegedly engaged in an unlawful conspiracy to fix, raise, maintain, or stabilize the prices of cylindrical Lithium-Ion Battery Cells, forcing indirect purchasers paid more for these products and replacement batteries than they would have paid absent the conspiracy.

Eligibility Requirements: All persons and entities who, from January 1, 2000, through May 31, 2011, indirectly purchased a Li-Ion Battery or Li-Ion Product containing Lithium Ion Batteries or Lithium Ion Battery Packs in the United States.
