CHRYSLER-DODGE-JEEP ECODIESEL SETTLEMENT OPPORTUNITY
The Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep EcoDiesel Marketing, Sales Practices, and Products Liability Litigation alleges that certain Ram and Jeep vehicles with 3.0 liter V6 diesel engines in the United States were equipped with eight Auxiliary Emission Control Devices (“defeat devices”) to make the vehicles appear as if they complied with emissions standards.
Settlement benefits include free emissions modification, an extended warranty of up until 10 years or 120,000 miles after the initial sale, loaner cars during the free emission modification and a per vehicle payment of up to $3,075.
Eligibility requirements include all persons nationwide who (1) on January 12, 2017 owned or leased a class vehicle in the US or its territories; or who (2) between January 12, 2017 and the claim submission deadline for eligible owners and lessees become the owner of said vehicle; or (3) own or lease a class vehicle at the time of the repair program.
Eligible vehicles include the following vehicles with 3.0-liter Diesel engines:

2. 2014 FCA Jeep Grand Cherokee
3. 2015 FCA Ram 1500
4. 2015 FCA Jeep Grand Cherokee
5. 2016 FCA Ram 1500
6. 2016 FCA Jeep Grand Cherokee
