Case Synopsis: Plaintiffs allege that Jeld-Wen and Masonite used their 85% market share of the interior molded door market and nearly universal market share over doorskins to coordinate a series of excessive price hikes.
Eligibility Requirements: All persons and entities in IPP states who between March 1, 2014-September 4, 2020, indirectly purchased one or more standalone interior molded doors that were manufactured or sold by either defendant, not for resale. Class states are: Arizona, Arkansas, California, Florida, Hawaii, Kansas, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, New Hampshire, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oregon, South Carolina, Tennessee, Utah, West Virginia, and Wisconsin. Class members must have purchased doors in a class state or resided in a class state at time of purchase.
