Jeld-Wen and Masonite, manufacturers of roughly 85% of interior molded doors in the U.S., allegedly conspired to fix IMD prices in violation of antitrust laws. IMDs mimic solid wood doors at lower prices and are the most common interior door type in U.S. buildings.
