Settlement Fund: $61,600,000.00

Case Synopsis: This class action alleges that Jeld-Wen and Masonite, the manufacturers of approximately 85% of interior molded doors (“IMDs”) in the United States, conspired to fix prices of IMDs in violation of US antitrust laws.

IMDs simulate the aesthetic of solid wood doors at lower prices. They are the most common type of interior doors in American commercial and residential structures.

Eligibility Requirements: The direct settlement fund will compensate all persons and companies that, between October 19, 2014, and December 31, 2018, purchased IMD slags or pre-hung IMDs directly from Jeld-Wen and/or Masonite.
