The Washington State Attorney General alleged LCD Flat Panel manufacturers held cartel meetings to exchange price information, fix LCD panel prices, and manipulate panel supply to artificially raise prices — resulting in overcharges to Washington consumers who bought products containing an LCD flat panel.
Eligibility Requirements
Washington consumers who bought a TV, monitor, notebook computer, color-screen cell phone, or color-screen iPod containing a flat panel screen, between January 1, 1998 and December 1, 2006.
